The Welfare Requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) require our Pre-school Managers/Supervisors to hold the CACHE level 3 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Pre-school Practice or an equivalent qualification from an approved establishment such as the National Nursery Examination Board (NNEB). Furthermore, a minimum of half of our staff must hold the CACHE level 2 Certificate in Pre-school Practice or an equivalent qualification.
In addition to this, all our staff regularly attend study day conferences and training days to ensure that they keep up to date with current pre-school issues and changes in legislation that affects the EYFS.
